Our story
Built the other way round
Most interior companies begin with a design studio and outsource the making. Woodmill began with the making. We knew what a badly sealed edge does after two monsoons, and what a hinge rated for the wrong load does after two years — so when we opened our own design studio, those lessons were already built into how we draw.
Today the studio and the factory share one address in Kalkere, Bangalore. Designers walk to the floor. Production managers sit in design reviews. Clients see both in a single visit.

CNC routers, beam saws, edge banders and a spray booth deliver joinery accuracy that on-site carpentry cannot repeat.
In-house design studio
Designers and clients sit together with drawings, veneers and hardware on the same table before a single board is cut.
